Tim Kimble - COO

Tim Kimble Co-founded Major Scale Productions and serves as its Vice President and CTO. Mr. Kimble is currently a member of its board of directors. Mr. Kimble has previously founded three other companies in the Technology and Real estate industries. Mr. Kimble founded Kintechnology Inc., a technology based managed service provider for small to medium sized companies.

He is currently serving as a member of its board of directors and has been since Dec 2006. Mr. Kimble is also currently serving as its Chief Executive Officer since Dec 2006. Mr. Kimble also serves on the board of Because People Matter, a non-profit organization based in Portland Oregon. Because People Matter creates relational environments that provide Relief, Mobilization and Development in the greater Portland metropolitan area. Mr. Kimble received his Computer Science degree in 2002.

Justin Reels - CEO

Justin Reels founded Major Scale Productions LLC and serves as its President and CEO, and is currently a member of its board of directors. Mr. Reels has previously founded three other companies in the Education, Entertainment and Logistics industries. Most recently, Mr. Reels founded Blackstone Certified Contractor Program, a technology based education protocol designed to improve efficiency in the property and casualty recovery industry.

The LMS (Learning Module System) he created relied heavily on Gamification and the integration of self-motivated engagement principles into the platforms architecture. He served as a member of its board of directors from May, 2017 until December 2020, and its Chief Executive Officer from May 2015 until December 2020. Prior to Blackstone Certified, Mr. Reels founded and currently serves as President of Blackstone Exteriors, LLC, a service provider and large scale construction specialist in the field of disaster recovery. Prior to this, Mr. Reels excelled at applied genetics and bio-engineering. He was the first civilian (non-academic) to commercially clone livestock. He was the Export Director for two of the leaders in Animal Science and Applied Genetics - Drs. Harold Hodson and Gene Isler. A position that gained him experience and notoriety both domestically and internationally. Academically, Mr. Reels received his Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Development with a specialization in Reproductive Physiology and Applied Genetics from the University of California at Davis in 1995. As an undergraduate he worked with Dr. Roberto Sainze and Dr. Juan Madrano on a project: “The immunoneutralization of IGF1 in mice tested positive for a major gene for post weaning gain”. Mr. Reels was published in the Journal of Animal Science as an undergraduate for his contributing work to this project which was groundbreaking in the fields of genetics, virology and chimerics.

Jimmy Thomas - COO

Mr. Thomas is a senior level creative executive with more than 30 years of entertainment business experience. He has been providing consulting services to senior level executives at major entertainment companies for the last 15 years. His leadership skills in the multi-media digital industry have kept his unparalleled skills in high demand.

Mr. Thomas is Founder and current CEO/President of Dweblife Sports Assistant LLC, which is the parent company to Do Something Athletic (DSA) and owns several copyrights to Digital media processes and applications, which he has developed over his career. As the cofounder of CROWDAA Inc., Mr. Thomas oversee’s all operations in the US while also serving as it’s CCO worldwide. Mr. Thomas has served as VP of A&R and Digital Media for several of the top music and multimedia companies in his career (Upfront Megatainment, Def Jam Recording Group, Ruthless Records, Motown, Winsonic, Tabu records) As a writer and producer, Mr. Thomas has written and produced music for several major and independent artist, record companies, movies and commercials which has earned him several multi-platinum and gold records over his career. Mr. Thomas is currently head of business development, as well as a Executive producer, for Lion Forge Animation Studio. He was part of the Oscar winning team that produced “Hair Love” The winner of the Best Animated Short for 2020. Mr. Thomas has developed and designed Page 4 numerous successful websites and apps, helped with creating and deployment of marketing strategies for many clients. Mr. Thomas is clearly an innovator in the field of new media and digital technologies. He has led the way in new concepts and technology, bringing tech. and entertainment together for the best experience possible to his clients. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Berklee College of Music where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Production and Engineering. Mr. Thomas was groomed and mentored by Mr. Clarence Avant (Aka “The Black God Father”), for over 30 years. Mr. Thomas was signed to Mr. Avant as a writer and producer and also worked as Mr. Avant’s executive assistant as well as an advisor to Mr. Avant for the last 15 years.

  • Bo James - Licensing Director

    Mr. James is a music producer and self-made business man born and raised in the inner city of Des Moines, Iowa. Over the past 20 years, Mr. James has positioned himself in the music industry and is respected as “The Midwest’s Go-to Guy” by major and independent record labels, A&Rs, Managers, Agents, national marketers and project directors in the entertainment industry.

    Because of his commitment to promoting events and developing talent within Iowa’s entertainment sector, Mr. James was selected by his Councilman and the Mayor of Des Moines to sit on the City Council Music Commission from 2005 to 2011. He is dedicated to the success of the state of Iowa and passionate about contributing to the elements that make Iowa a place to grow. Inspired by his love for his community and passion for personal growth and development, as well as his love of arts and culture; he organized Hip-Hope Inc.; a not-for-profit organization that uses arts and entertainment as ways of reaching disadvantages and underserved youth in communities where art isn’t just a way of communicating but could be a platform for professional growth and development.

  • Steven 'Chaste' Berry - VP of Licensing

    Steven Berry founded the Company- N U Vizion Global Network, LLC and has served as its President and CEO, and a member of its board of directors, since January, 2019. Mr. Berry has spent his entire professional career working as a consultant in the music industry.

    He has helped guide the careers of hundreds of artists as it relates to marketing, branding and promotion as well as Artist and Repertoire (A&R). Mr. Berry is also a private consultant and data analyst with one of his current clients being a major U.S. Airline. His work includes delivering strategies around logistics, strategic planning and developing/deploying/monitoring safety protocols. Mr. Berry studied Chemical Engineering.

  • Tina G. Yin Sowatzke - Advisor for Trademark and Business Branding

    Ms. Yin Sowatzke is a patent and trademark attorney with Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., and works collaboratively with clients and inventors to understand and build upon their goals and protect their intellectual property assets. Ms. Yin Sowatske has experience advising clients on protecting their business branding and products, particularly in the area of trademark law.

    Ms. Yin Sowatzke enjoys counseling clients on building the value of their brands and providing guidance on strategies to obtain protection of their intellectual property assets. Ms. Yin Sowatzke further has experience handling and prosecuting patent applications within large patent portfolios, including global patent prosecution experience in over 15 countries. Ms. Yin Sowatzke’s patent experience includes working with universities, corporations, and individual inventors. In addition to drafting and prosecuting patents, Ms. Yin Sowatzke is also involved in providing due diligence analysis, including evaluating freedom-to-operate, for portfolios involving patented and non-patented assets.

  • Adam Roorda

    Mr. Roorda is in charge of building out the appropriate development team and working with the team to create three tech platforms which integrate off-chain and on-chain technologies in one ecosystem, developing cross asset swap strategies and to lead any potential migration efforts.

    Mr. Roorda excels at building strategic relationships to help drive growth in an organization as well as providing strategies for new ideas. All the while, delivering on key deliverables. Experienced in developing and executing large scale strategies for organizations, Mr. Roorda also has an eye for knowing when to be able to delegate work to others while still maintaining control of the situation. Mr. Roorda’s background includes management & branding, client service/account servicing, business development, online media, and broadcast production. His team player attitude combined with his leadership skills makes him a great leader that can build successful client/vendor relationships throughout the business and he is experienced at working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
